Denver Metro
Denver Metro
Since Xtract Environmental Services was founded in 2019, we have served the Denver Metro area and the entire state of Colorado. Beginning with two founders, Cody Gordon and Mario Bustillos, Xtract rapidly expanded and we brought on a third partner, Justin Sutherland, about a year later. As a result of excellent customer service and teamwork, we have experienced a rapid yet controlled growth.
With the first two offices located in Greeley and Grand Junction, we have recently opened a third location in the Denver Metro area. This area includes, but is not limited to, Aurora, Wheat Ridge, Broomfield, Boulder, Louisville, Commerce City, Brighton, Thornton, Lakewood, Golden, Centennial, Arvada, Parker, Englewood, and Castlerock. We look forward to growing our connections in this area. At Xtract, we highly value the relationships we have with our customers, referral partners, and our employees.
Our relationship focused approach has created and fostered our outstanding reputation, allowing us to become one of the most reputable and highest rated companies in Colorado. We deeply believe that the key to our success are the individuals that make up our team. By focusing on hiring and nurturing a quality workforce, we have a community culture that cultivates honesty and integrity. As a direct result, our team shares our vision and provides our customers with the highest level of service.
Typically, we hire experienced employees at an entry level so that we can share our processes and knowledge along with our commitment to respect and a safe work environment. This also allows us to promote from within the company, incentivizing high quality work and continued commitment.
We continue to develop systems and training that allow us to continuously improve while providing the same great service to each customer we serve.
Giving Back
As a company, it is essential that we give back to our communities. Our company is in a position of trust, creating and improving the safety of people’s homes and businesses, and we hold that with the utmost care. It would not be possible to exist as we do today if we didn’t have that trust and in turn, reciprocate it. That is why we find so much joy in supporting local nonprofit organizations.
Currently, we are donating a flat-rate per job completed to Stork Support or Northern Colorado (Greeley office) and Center for Children (Grand Junction office) based on personal connections to their unique causes as well as input from our employees.
If you would like to learn more about or support these incredible organizations, please visit their websites at StorkSupportofNoCo.com and centerforchildrencac.org. These are both incredible organizations that are dedicated to providing help to infants and children in need in these communities. We are currently looking for a non-profit organization that is based in and serves the Denver Metro area to support in a similar manner.
If you belong to one of these organizations or know of a great organization that fits into this criteria, please email us at info@xtractes.com.
As a separate addition to our non-profit donations, we are proud to be able to give back to our customers as well. We offer a complimentary duct cleaning service to all customers with a project of $2,000 or greater after project completion and payment. Please ask if you would like to redeem this service!
What You Can Expect
With your first contact, our kind and helpful team will greet you with a desire to assist you in every way that they are able. First, our office staff will listen to your inquiry, gather all of the important information, and work together with you to schedule a FREE consultation. They will also send a follow up email that confirms this consultation and request any relevant information, for example a sampling or inspection report.
Before your consultation appointment, a project manager (PM) will call you to let you know that they are on their way. Upon arrival, the PM will provide you with a business card as a means of confirming their information and so that you can call them if any questions arise. The PM will explain our process in detail so that you are aware of each step of the project – starting with the estimate composition and ending with the completion of the project and your satisfaction. They will create a sketch of the job scope with measurements and photos of each area that work will be performed. They are happy to spend as much time as you need to answer any questions and ensure peace of mind.
With the full sketch and scope of work collected, the information will be passed along to our estimators who will prepare a detailed proposal. All of the relevant permit fees, waste handling and disposal fees, final inspection costs, material, etc will be included in this proposal so that the cost is clear. This proposal will be delivered to your email within 48 hours of the initial consultation.
After you have approved Xtract to begin work, we will communicate with you to schedule the date(s) that the work can be performed and completed. We will also email you with all of the vital documents for the permit process and our work authorization contract. The work authorization contract will be sent via DocuSign and requires a quick digital signature for ease. Once these documents have been completed, we will submit the permit application. Generally, these permits require an 11 business day processing period except in the case of emergencies, where that time can be cut down to just a few days.
With all of these steps completed and the permit approved, we begin the active work. The office team will call prior to the start date to confirm with you. Then, on the first day of work, our project manager will again call you before they arrive on the job site. Once the working crew arrives, we will communicate with you about the most convenient location for us to park our trailer. The supervisor or PM will also review the job and scope of work with you to ensure they have the correct information and that it aligns with your needs. That’s when our crew will get started!
Upon completion of the active work, the on-site supervisor will coordinate the final visual inspection and air clearance with a third-party state certified inspector. After these have been completed and passed, the containment and equipment will be removed. The final inspection report and invoice will be sent to you within 48 hours of completion of the project.
Operations out of our Denver Metro office are currently managed by our Regional Manager of Northern Colorado, Mario Bustillos.
