In 2019, Xtract Environmental Services opened it’s first location in Northern Colorado. Since then, the NoCo area has served as the main hub of our operations, both field and office operations. Our company started with two people with big dreams. With determination and dedication, we have proudly grown to a team of 15+ operating from this location. Our main office is located in Greeley, allowing us to serve a wide area. This region includes but is not limited to Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Johnstown, Wellington, Lyons, Estes Park, Fort Lupton, Fort Morgan, Longmont and Cheyenne, Wyoming. We prioritize relationships with our employees, customers, and other companies that we work with closely. As we continue to build strong relationships, we have simultaneously earned an excellent reputation, allowing us to become the premier and highest reviewed abatement company in Northern Colorado. What You Can Expect
When you initially reach out to us, you will be greeted by our friendly team that is eager to assist you in every way we can. Our office staff will gather all of the necessary information to address your inquiry, answer questions, and schedule your FREE consultation. The team will then send a follow up email that confirms the time of consultation, including any requests for information you have currently, such as a sampling/inspection report.
On the day of your consultation, you will get a call from our project manager to notify you that they are headed your way. Once they arrive, they will provide you with a business card so you can verify their information and give them a call if questions come up. They will thoroughly explain our process – starting with the estimate you receive to the completion of the project. They will then complete a detailed sketch of the job scope including photos of the areas we will be working in. They will spend as much time with you as needed to ensure all questions have been answered and you have peace of mind.
After the visit and once we have obtained the full scope of work, our estimators will prepare a detailed proposal. Our proposals include all permit fees, waste handling and disposal fees, final inspection costs, material, etc. You can expect to receive your estimate within 48 hours of the initial consultation.
Once you decide to proceed with your project, we will work with you to schedule the date(s) that the work can be completed. We will send over all necessary documents for the permit process as well as our work authorization form/contract. This will be sent via DocuSign and only requires a simple digital signature for ease. At this point, we will be able to submit the permit application. Most projects require an 11 business day processing period. However, in emergency situations, the processing time can be shortened to just a few days.
Once all of the primary steps have been completed and the permit is active, we can begin the work. Our office will call and confirm the start date. On the first day of the project, our project manager will reach out before arriving on site. When the crew arrives we will communicate with you to set our trailer where it is most convenient for you. We will review the scope of work and ensure it still aligns with your needs. Then our crew will get to work! Upon completion of the work, the on-site supervisor will schedule and obtain a final visual inspection and air clearance by a third party state certified inspector. Once we pass the inspection and air clearance, we will remove our containment and our equipment. Within 48 hours you will receive that inspection report and a final invoice.
