Our Beginnings
In 2019, Xtract Environmental Services opened its first location in Northern Colorado. Since then, the NoCo area has served as the main hub of our operations, both field and office operations. Our company started with two people with big dreams. With determination and dedication, we have proudly grown to a team of 15+ operating from this location.
Our main office is located in Greeley, allowing us to serve a wide area that includes but is not limited to Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Johnstown, Wellington, Lyons, Estes Park, Fort Lupton, Fort Morgan, Longmont and Cheyenne, Wyoming.
No matter what solutions we’re providing, we focus on building relationships with our employees and customers, an approach that allowed us to become the best-reviewed environmental cleanup company in Northern Colorado. We believe that the key to our success is our people, and we take pride in our careful approach to hiring and fostering a safe, positive work environment for our employees so we can provide the best possible service for our customers.
Giving Back
At Xtract, it is vital for us to give back to the community that supports and trusts us. As such, it is important for us to provide support to a local nonprofit organization in every part of Colorado where we do our work.
Based on the opinions of our Northern Colorado employees, we made the decision to donate a flat-rate to Stork Support of Northern Colorado for every project completed. Stork Support is an incredible non-profit dedicated to providing necessary baby and postpartum supplies to families in need.
In addition to our non-profit contributions, we also offer all customers a complimentary duct cleaning service on any project greater than $2,000 after project completion. To redeem this service, all you need to do is ask!
As we grow, our contributions and our ability to help more organizations will, too. We greatly thank our employees and customers for allowing us to give back to our community!
How We Work
When you contact Xtract for mold, asbestos, lead, or meth remediation, our office staff will gather all of the necessary information to address your inquiry, answer questions, and schedule your free consultation.
Next, the team will send a follow up email that confirms the time of consultation, including requests for additional information or documents, such as a sampling/inspection report.
On the day of your consultation, you will get a call from our project manager when they are headed your way. Once they arrive, they will give you a business card so you can follow up, and more thoroughly explain our process. We’ll spend as much time as needed to ensure you understand what we’ll be doing, where and how we’ll be doing it, what it will cost, and any other questions you have.
No matter what work we’re doing, your peace of mind is our number-one goal!
Scheduling & Finalizing Your Project
Once you’ve reviewed the estimate and approved our services, we’ll get your project scheduled and provide the necessary paperwork. This includes the documents required by the State of Colorado to secure permits, along with your work authorization agreement.
After the paperwork is completed, we file the permit application on your behalf. The state typically allows about 11 business days for processing, though in urgent situations that timeline can be shortened to just a few days.
As soon as the permit is issued and all other details are finalized, your project will begin on the agreed-upon start date. From the first day until the last, your dedicated Project Manager will keep in close communication with you. Once the work is finished, a certified third-party inspector will conduct both a visual review and an air clearance test to ensure everything meets state requirements.
Finally, after the site is thoroughly cleaned, you’ll receive the inspection report and your invoice within 48 hours of project completion.
