The office is great to work with. The field crews and managers are always available and willing to make difficult things happen. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I asked them to work with me on expediting an extraction procedure due to some unforseen circumstances, and they got it done. The crew is very efficient, and they bring in 3rd party testing (as they are required to do by law) to do air analysis when they are finished. I had them do a drywall and insulation removal project in my kitchen, and they left a really clean boundary between the remaining drywall and the part that they removed. It was super easy to work in my new drywall and finish the project. They also came in below other quotes I recieved, and their communication throughout the process was great. Obviously NO ONE wants to wind up needing this work done, but if you HAVE to have it done, Xtract Environmental is the company you want to work with. Quick and easy scheduling, quoting, invoicing and of course excellent and efficient work done leaving the office in the shape it needed to be in so we could begin the reconstruction. Feel free to call all the other companies around town for bids and quotes and scheduled assessments.... or save yourself an enormous amount of time and hassle by working with the pros at Xtract. WE had to do some asbestos removal on the old building.  We contacted several companies for an estimate, and Xtract company came up with the best bid. I called around to a couple different asbestos removal places and Xtract was the first company that understood what I needed. They quickly came out to remove the amount of asbestos I saw in my home. Then after tearing down a wall, I came across some more hidden asbestos. I called them and they had excellent communication and came out right away to remove it even though it was beyond what we agreed on. Mario and Cody are true professionals. Our basement was full of asbestos tiles and asbestos drywall, the team at Xtract took great care not to scratch the hardwood floors upstairs, they taped everything including my new oak stairs just so the new finishes were in the same condition after the crew was finished! I won’t go into details, but we had a really horrible experience with the first company that came out and gave us a bid, after I figured out that the first company did not have my best interests which included my family in mind, I moved on. I found Xtract environmental. Of course I was traumatized from the first experience, but working with Cody was a breeze. He put my mind at ease and was very honest from the get-go. Everything was full disclosure including what they were going to do in my home step-by-step as well as pricing. I felt relieved and trusted that he would do the job right, instead of cutting corners and putting my families health at risk. I will def use him in the future for more work . We found tile in my basement crumbling under my carpeting hot with asbestos that would need major abatement before replacing the flooring. These guys came in and took care of the entire project in less than THREE days. They were able to get the work done quickly without really affecting our life, and Cody went out of his way to secure permits quickly for us in order to keep the project ahead of schedule.
