Since 2019, Xtract Environmental Services has been protecting Colorado homes and businesses with professional environmental cleanup and remediation services. Now expanding into Southern Colorado—including Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Cañon City, and Trinidad—we are proud to bring our trusted expertise to this region.
Our work centers on safeguarding Southern Coloradans’ health, safety, and property through professional lead abatement, asbestos removal, meth contamination cleanup, and mold mitigation services. Giving Back
Xtract is new to the Southern Colorado region, but we are ready to give back. We already work with several great nonprofits across the state of Colorado, and we’re looking for similar opportunities around Pueblo and the southern part of the state. In addition to supporting local nonprofits, Xtract also gives back to our customers! We offer a complimentary duct cleaning service to all customers with a project of $2,000 or greater after project completion and payment. If you’d like to redeem this service, please ask!
How We Work
From your first call, our friendly Xtract team is ready to help. Our office staff will listen to your needs, gather key details, and schedule a free consultation, followed by a confirmation email with any requests for relevant information, such as a sampling or inspection report.
Before your appointment, a project manager (PM) will call to let you know they’re on the way. Upon arrival, they’ll provide a business card, walk you through our process, and answer any questions you may have. The PM will also create a detailed sketch of the job scope with measurements and photos of the affected areas, ensuring clarity from the start.
With this information, our estimators will prepare a comprehensive proposal that includes permit fees, disposal costs, inspections, materials, and more. You’ll receive the proposal in your email within 48 hours of your consultation so you can move forward with confidence.
